HOTEL SELECTIONS
A block reservation has been made at the conference venue Scandic Copenhagen and the hotels within a proximate distance to the conference venue. Rooms are generally available from July 31 to August 7, 2023. These hotels can be booked as part of the registration. In order to confirm a booking, full pre-payment of the entire booking is required. All prices are per room per night in DKK and include breakfast, VAT and service charges. If you wish to book extra days or other room categories please contact reg@meetingplanners.dk. The Meeting Planners is official housing agent for the congress. World Humanist Congress is not in any way connected to any other housing agents. Please decline any contact from housing providers claiming to act on behalf of the meeting or The Meeting Planners.

Don't let the comfy beds make you skip your workout routine. Lace-up your shoes and head to the gym or go for a run outdoors. You can also sometimes find a bike or walking poles to borrow, ask in the reception if you'd like to explore the area. Of course, you get free Wi-Fi at Scandic. Terms and conditionsFor cancellations or reductions made before March 31, 2023, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 350 and any transaction fees which might inccur.
