SOCIAL PROGRAM  

July 31 to August 3
In the week leading up to the congress, Danish and Swedish humanists will open a community house at the culture house Union, Nørre Allé 7, Copenhagen. Drop by during the day to meet other humanists, participate in different activities or eat an affordable meal. Specific opening hours, activities during the daytime and social events in the evenings will be announced later. Among the activities will be:


● Visit to Copenhagen Street Food, Reffen
● Organized morning and evening swimming in the harbour
● Sightseeing and city walk centered on Copenhagen´s LGBTQ-history
● Visit to Johan Borups højskole
● Visit to “Freetown Christiania”
● City walk and trip to Arbejdermuseet
● Organized trip to Malmø, Sweden (across the Øresund bridge)
● Thursday 3 August: European Humanist Professionals (EHP) whole day training seminar at Kulturhuset Union
● Thursday 3 August: Humanists International General Assembly

All partipants are invited by the City of Copenhagen for the reception at Copenhagen Town Hall
